Coach
I coach the same group as Ian Horsley for foundation stages through to event specialism for Under 13's through to Under 17's. All aspects are covered for athletics; Sprinting/Endurance, to Jumps/Throws. We focus on skill development through planned sessions in order to aid the progression of the individual athletes whilst training in a group environment. All sessions are undertaken in a safe environment with elements of fun. We also focus on preparing the athlete for competition by having mini competition nights throughout the season.
