An Athletics coach with many years service.I coach the same group as Dom Waring for foundation stages through to event specialism for Under 13's through to Under 17's. All aspects are covered for athletics; Sprinting/Endurance, to Jumps/Throws. We focus on skill development through planned sessions in order to aid the progression of the individual athletes whilst training in a group environment. All sessions are undertaken in a safe environment with elements of fun. We also focus on preparing the athlete for competition by having mini competition nights throughout the season.
I am also a Level 4 UKA Official, who has volunteered at the 2012 Olympics/Paralympics, the 2017 World Championships/Para Games and the 2018 Indoor worlds. Along with many other international meetings, and being field referee at many events.
