28 Finishers at the Joe Percy 10K

We had a total of 28 runners (from the 33 registrations) for the first round of the Grand Prix, the Joe Percy 10K, hosted by Holmfirth Harriers at the Storthes Hall University Campus. Joe Sagar came 3rd overall and 1st in the Senior Men's Age Group. Our other 9 runners to count in the Men's Team were Tom Dart (11th), Kevin Ogden (19th), Edward Revell (31st), Scott Alder (41st), Gerrard Skippins (45th), Paul Toher (48th), Antony Bradford (50th), Ian Ogden (55th)and Ian Wilson (64th).
Our very own Jenni Muston was 3rd lady home and also 2nd in her age group (W40). Supporting Jenni, counting for the ladies team to come 9th, were Hazel Pike (44th), Emma Maguire (47th), Joanne Burden (62nd), Lynda Robertson (82nd), Jackie Carter (91st), Angie Vickers Buckle (110th), Jenny Scothern (142nd) , Amanda Pearson (143rd) and Alison Hall (148th).
Everyone gave 100% and at one point we were 3rd male team but due to a technicality we have been put back to 4th. Our ladies were 9th team out of 14. The next race on the GP is the 1st July - the Lindley 10K and we look forward to a great turnout for that event too.
