A small rewind to the beginning of the month to the Senior and Under 20 Championships over at Sportcity in Manchester.

Molly Waring had a strong run in the heats of the Senior Women’s 400m Hurdles, running a Season’s Best time to claim a third place finish and a place in the final. It would be yet another SB time in the final for Molly, drawing closer to her Personal Best time, to finish comfortably in fifth place.

Isabel White was to match Molly in her heat of the Under 20 Women’s 200m, finishing in third place and progressing onto the final. In the final, Isabel found another gear and beat her PB times set earlier in the year to also claim a fifth place finish in a well fought race.

Simon Bolland-Cage landed a fourteenth place finish in a strong Senior Men’s 5km race finishing just outside of a seasons and personal best time.

Rueben Byfield leapt to a fourth place finish in the Under 20 Men’s Triple Jump, closing in on his PB distance.
