This year’s presentation evening will be held on Friday 29th November at the Ponderosa Lakeside Restaurant starting at 7pm. A night of celebrating the success of the past year with a vast array of awards to be handed out across Track & Field, Road Running and Cross Country and two league titles to celebrate. So, make sure you buy a ticket and come and celebrate the success of all the athletes within the club.

As usual it will be a night of awards, food, raffle and disco!

Tickets will soon be going on sale at £8 per person, which includes entry and food. There won’t be ticket sales on the night, all tickets need to be bought beforehand so please buy your tickets on a training night from the club tuck shop or drop Jake a message to arrange this if you are unable to get down. This year we are going to create a payment option to buy tickets online through the club website, physical tickets will still need to be collected from the club tuck shop on a training evening.

This year when you purchase your tickets we do need to know the plate size for the buffet as both Adult and Kid size buffet options are available. Kids buffet is for ages 12 and under.
Online this is a tick box when purchasing the ticket, in person just let the person you're buying them from know.
If there are any dietary requirements, Gluten Free, Vegetarian, Vegan etc, Please let Jake know directly as this can be arranged.

We also will be after raffle prizes so if you do have any raffle prizes the club would be very grateful for any donations, big or small. If you have any donations, please can these be brought down to the club in October or November.

If you are currently in possession of one of the club trophies from last year, please could you start to return these back to Jake at the club as we need to get them prepared and engraved for this year’s winners.
